We’re grass roots. No pavement.

As part of our Mission here at THEATRE GHOSTS we try to raise the funds to cover the full production costs of each show so that we may split the box office amongst the artists, who elsewhere are so often expected to work for free. So far, we’ve been doing just that. But we can’t do it alone.

Honestly, if you only want to throw money at our cause, that is a blessing on its own level.

Our books are rudimentary at best, but we’re more than willing to share our budgets with you.

We have used crowd funding platforms in the past but these groups–and you know who they are-are indeed in business for themselves and will usurp a percentage over and above your generous donation on your end, while charging a services fee to us on our end, in order to keep themselves afloat. We understand it, that’s just the price of doing business. But we’d rather be upfront with you about it all than ‘hide’ those percentages and fees into our budget under ‘fundraising costs’ which, of course, just increases our budget in order to pay the middle-man. (Phew)

Long story short we do accept Venmo or Zelle or good old fashioned cash. Contact us to arrange with us how you can financially support us, cuz in this day and age,. yeah, we’re a little hesitant to simply post our accounts, throwing caution to the wind.
